Welcome to my website. My name is Mindy Barnes and I’ve been a Realtor since 2011. However, my love of real estate started much earlier in 1994 with the purchase of our starter home. It was an all brick craftsman style up and down duplex one block North of Liberty Park in Salt Lake City. It oozed charm with original hardwoods, wavy sash windows, and those lovely porches that have gone missing these days. That’s where my journey started.

I’ve lived on both coasts, internationally in Canada, Korea, and Honduras. But no matter where my journey has taken me, I've always been passionate about homes. Buying, selling, renovating, and leasing homes is something I truly enjoy.
